Our story

Named for the grill

The grill is where everything here starts. Lamb, beef and chicken go on skewers and over the flame, then onto the plate with grilled vegetables, rice or fries, and the sauces we’re known for: house tahini and our signature garlic.

Around the grill you’ll find the rest of the table. Hummus, baba ghanoush and fattoush. Falafel, kibbeh and cheese borek. Shawarma wrapped in warm pita. And Dubai chocolate to finish.
